It is acquired when the student is able to understand a wide variety of texts with a high level of exigency, as well as recognize implicit meanings in them; When he knows how to express himself fluently and spontaneously without too obvious signs of effort to find the right expression; When it can make flexible and effective use of the language for social, academic and professional purposes, and when it can produce clear, well structured and detailed texts on subjects of a certain complexity, showing a correct use of the mechanisms of organization, articulation and cohesion of the text .
To complete this level, an average of 180 hours of training is required.

These students can effectively use a wide range of linguistic structures in different contexts and can easily understand ordinary spoken and written Target Language.
